He said that the multi-slider precision high-speed hot die-casting machine represents the most advanced zinc alloy precision die-casting level in the world. Compared with the traditional die-casting machine, the multi-slippery and fast series of machines can reduce production costs and labor by more than 50%.

Multi-slider precision high-speed hot die-casting machine represents the most advanced zinc alloy precision die-casting level in the world. Compared with traditional die-casting machine, multi-slide fast series machine can reduce production cost and labor by more than 50%.

The multi-slider precision die casting machine has two or more independent sliders, which drive the mold core to slide in a precision cross mold base frame. There are one or more cavities on each core surface, which form a perfect cavity and flow channel profile, and the metal liquid in the nozzle is injected into the mold cavity by gooseneck injection. The metal liquid is pressed vertically to the intersecting surface of the mold core, so the gate can not be produced. The fixing of the intersecting surface of the mold core is maintained by the mold locking system.

In terms of core competitiveness, the multi-slider precision die casting machine is as fast as 60 molds per minute, which can reduce labor costs and raw materials by more than 50%, the product precision can be controlled within 0.01mm, and the mold life can reach 1.5 million to 2 million molds.

Compared with the traditional die casting process, which is easy to produce larger loss, longer cycle time and larger sprue system, it is easy to lead to the flow of air and sundries into the product, the gate of the conventional die casting process is very small, and the flow channel is optimized smaller and smoother, and the product die casting speed is faster.

Zinc alloy die castings can be used in automotive industry, locks and other fields, such as automotive steering system, remote control key accessories, high-speed rail circuit breaker accessories and automotive coupler accessories.
