At the China-ASEAN Forum on production capacity and Investment Cooperation, the main forum of this event, Ning Jizhe, vice minister of the National Development and Reform Commission and director of the National Bureau of Statistics, attended and delivered a speech, summing up the positive results achieved in China-ASEAN cooperation over the past 30 years, and explained the important significance of China-ASEAN capacity cooperation in the "Belt and Road Initiative" initiative. He pointed out that China and ASEAN countries have a complete industrial chain and division of labor system with complementary advantages, valuable experience and mechanisms for cooperation in dealing with crises, and a good foundation for cooperation over the years.
