[Ukraine launches anti-dumping investigation into China-related aluminum ladders] on September 1, 2021, the Ukrainian Interdepartmental International Trade Commission issued a notice that, upon the application of Ukrainian domestic enterprises, in accordance with Resolution AD-503 Universe 2021 Universe 4411-03 of August 27, 2021, an anti-dumping investigation was launched against aluminum ladders originating in China, Slovakia, Poland and Belarus.

On September 1, 2021, the Inter-departmental International Trade Commission of Ukraine issued a notice that, upon the application of Ukrainian domestic enterprises, an anti-dumping investigation was launched against aluminum ladders (Ukrainian) originating in China, Slovakia, Poland and Belarus in accordance with resolution AD-503Unix 2021114411-03 of August 27, 2021. The Ukrainian tax code of the products involved is 7616 99 9000. The announcement shall take effect as of the date of promulgation.

The interested parties shall, within 30 days of the announcement, register the response and submit an application for a hearing with the Ukrainian Ministry of economy, and submit written comments and evidentiary materials on the case within 60 days.
