Minxin shares recently announced that the company recently received a "civil order" issued by the Intermediate people's Court of Qingdao, Shandong Province. According to the ruling, the court ruled to allow the plaintiff to withdraw the lawsuit against the dispute over the infringement of the invention patent right by the plaintiff's Gale shares and Minxin shares and the defendant Huayang Electronic Science and Technology Center in Weicheng District.

It is reported that on April 17, 2020, Goll shares filed a lawsuit with the Qingdao Intermediate people's Court, claiming that the issuer of products numbered "MB50R11G", "HVWA1823" and "MB28H12F" and the Huayang Electronic Science and Technology Center in Weicheng District infringed upon its patent for utility model 201420430405.4, and advocated that Minxin shares immediately stop infringing upon the plaintiff's patent rights. It includes stopping manufacturing, using, selling, promising to sell alleged infringing products, and destroying special moulds and equipment for manufacturing alleged infringing products. In addition, GE'er shares claim 20 million yuan from Minxin shares.

Minxin shares pointed out in the announcement that this lawsuit will not have a negative impact on the company's daily production and operation, nor will it have a negative impact on the company's current and future profits and losses.
