Cao Yingchun, vice chairman of China Formwork Scaffold Association, introduced the purpose and importance of this exchange meeting. He said that compared with the aluminum template, which is widely used in the market, the density of magnesium alloy template is 2 per square meter of aluminum, and at the same strength, each square meter of magnesium alloy template is about 1 per square meter lighter than aluminum alloy template. and magnesium alloy template has the advantages of simple production process, integrated die-casting molding without welding, high production efficiency, saving a lot of time and labor costs. At the same time, there are some technical difficulties to be optimized in magnesium alloy template. With regard to how to push the magnesium alloy formwork to the larger construction market and the existing problems, I hope that the enterprise representatives can speak freely and put forward their opinions and suggestions.
The participants expressed their own views and discussed and exchanged their views from the aspects of national policy, market recognition of magnesium alloy template, investment intensity, cooperation mode, output benefit, regional layout and so on. They said that for the "imperfections" of magnesium alloy templates, they will continue to improve product formulation, design and process, strengthen the preparation of relevant standards, and believe that they can make the magnesium alloy template market bigger and stronger and open a new era of lightweight.
