During the reporting period, the company has planned to phase out and upgrade the built, under construction and newly built copper tube production lines (including fund-raising projects) in batches before the end of 2024 according to the fifth generation of continuous casting and rolling precision copper tube low-carbon intelligent and efficient production line standards (a total of 13 projects), the new investment is about 764 million yuan. According to the company's feasibility study, after the full application of the results, the company's precision copper tube production capacity increased from 798000 tons to 1.31 million tons, operating performance increased by more than 1.4 billion yuan on the existing basis, production efficiency further improved, and comprehensive costs decreased significantly. During the reporting period, on the basis of stabilizing the existing traditional advantage application fields, the company actively developed new products and expanded the application fields to meet the market demand. The main products have entered the industrial chain of new energy vehicles, 5G communications, semiconductors, military industry, wind power and other emerging industries, enhancing profitability and development potential.
