New Material Product Revenue Approximately 1.357 Billion Yuan at Do-Fluoride New Materials

The company's new material products gained operating income of approximately 1.357 billion yuan, up 134.21% year-on-year, and lithium battery products brought about that of 286 million yuan, up 165.24% on the year.

SHANGHAI, Aug 24 (SMM) – Main products at Do-Fluoride New Materials include fluoride salts used in aluminium, new materials and lithium batteries. The company's new material products gained operating income of approximately 1.357 billion yuan, up 134.21% year-on-year, and lithium battery products brought about that of 286 million yuan, up 165.24% on the year.

According to semi-annual report, the company will form 150,000 mt of production capacity in H2 2021, which boasts electronic-grade hydrofluoric acid capacity whose annual capacity records 50,000 mt, including 10,000 mt of semiconductor-grade hydrofluoric acid, with sales topped the list in China. It also has been included into the supply chain of South Korea’s top semiconductor companies.

The company enjoys 3.5Gwh of lithium battery capacity and has more than 10-year experience of ternary soft-pack technology. The company joined with Nanning authorities to establish lithium battery project. Relying on the company’s intellectual property rights and patented technology, it will establish a 20GWh lithium battery project to produce lithium batteries and related supporting products.

According to the July Monthly Motive Power Battery Data released by the China Automotive Motive Power Battery Industry Innovation Alliance, the top 15 domestic motive power battery companies in terms of installation capacity in January-July include: CATL, BYD, LG Chem, AVIC Lithium, Guoxuan Hi-Tech, EVE Energy, SVOLT, Farasis Energy, Tafel New Energy, Tianjin EV Energies, Lishen Battery, Great Power, Sunwoda Electronic, REPT and Do-Fluoride New Materials. The amount of motive power batteries installed by Do-Fluoride New Materials registered 0.42GWh, accounting for 0.7% of the total.
