[Huazhong CNC plans to set up a 100 million yuan new energy subsidiary to expand the business of new energy vehicle power batteries] on August 18, Huazhong CNC announced that the company plans to set up a wholly-owned subsidiary in Huangpi District of Wuhan City, with a registered capital of 100 million yuan, to carry out intelligent manufacturing equipment business in the areas of application integration, factory-level logistics systems, factory-level packaging systems and intelligent software for new energy vehicle power battery equipment.

On August 18, Huazhong numerical Control (300161) announced that the company had examined and passed the "proposal to invest and set up a wholly-owned subsidiary" and agreed that according to the needs of strategic planning and operation and management, it is proposed to set up Wuhan Huasu Jinming Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary in Huangpi District of Wuhan City, with a registered capital of 100 million yuan. To carry out intelligent manufacturing equipment business in the fields of application integration of new energy vehicle power battery equipment intelligent production line, factory-level logistics system, factory-level packaging system and intelligent software.

It is understood that Huazhong CNC has carried out new energy vehicle-related business since 2016, and has created the brand "Hua Shu Jinming", focusing on the R & D, design and production of power lithium battery equipment for new energy vehicles. At present, the company has entered Mercedes-Benz, Dragon, Ford, Jinkang Automobile, Changan Automobile, Xiaopeng Automobile, Zero Motor, ideal Automobile, Weibaster and other automobiles and related manufacturers. Supplier system of new energy vehicle power battery enterprises, such as Ningde era, Funeng Technology, Guoxuan Hi-Tech, Lishen Battery and so on.

Since 2018, Huazhong CNC has exported lithium battery module production lines and PACK equipment to new energy companies in the United States, Germany and Romania.

Huazhong CNC said that the company plans to invest and set up a wholly-owned subsidiary in Huangpi District, Wuhan City, in order to meet the rapid growth of market demand for new energy power battery equipment and enhance the company's production capacity. expand the company's market share in the new energy power battery intelligent production line equipment, enhance the company's profitability, and enhance the company's comprehensive competitiveness.
