Indian National Aluminium Industry to put into production 1 million tons of Alumina Project

India's National Aluminum Co., Ltd. recently released a second-quarter report saying it sold 91000 tons of metal in the first quarter of fiscal 22, compared with 71000 tons in the same period last year.

In the first quarter, the company sold 286000 tons of alumina, and the company's CMD Sridhar Patra revealed that it is expected to sell 1.2 million tons of alumina this fiscal year, and the company is confident of achieving this goal.

India's national aluminum industry is expected to have 1 million tons of alumina production capacity in the 2023-2024 fiscal year.
