(hereinafter referred to as "Ningde Times and its holding subsidiary") signed the purchase order.
In terms of contract amount, from January 1 to August 5, 2021, Xingyun shares signed daily operation contracts with Ningde Times and its holding subsidiaries totaling 424 million yuan, accounting for 73.98% of the company's audited main business income in 2020. Among them, from January 1 to May 11, 2021, the total amount of daily operation contracts signed reached 127 million yuan, and from May 12 to August 5, 2021, the company signed purchase orders with Ningde Times and its holding subsidiaries totaling 296 million yuan, accounting for 51.72% of the company's audited main business income in 2020.
In accordance with the terms of the purchase order, Xinyun provides Ningde Times and its holding subsidiaries with, but not limited to, test equipment, automation equipment, chemical sub-capacity equipment, automated production lines and maintenance, accessories and services.
According to Xinyun, the signing of the above contract, especially the signing of the formation and distribution equipment contract, is an effective breakthrough for the company in the strategic customer market of lithium battery equipment, which marks the gradual realization of production and scale of the company's formation and separation equipment. It is an important embodiment of the company's further deepening of the strategic layout driven by technology.
