Main products: multi-head wire drawing machine is a special processing equipment for the production of multiple bare copper wires and tinned wires in the wire and cable industry. in our multi-head wire drawing annealing machine, the wire drawing die is drum-type structure, which is arranged horizontally in series, and the mechanical transmission is driven by gear transmission. double motor drive, can achieve rapid mold change, greatly reduce the auxiliary time of mold change, and draw multiple copper wires of the same diameter at the same time. Matched with multi-head resistance annealing machine, multiple soft copper wires with the same electrical performance can be obtained. The multi-head drawing process uses φ 1.8mm or φ 2.6mm bare copper wire or tinned copper wire produced by double-end drawing as raw materials, and the wire is produced through the processes of wire release frame, wire drawing box, annealing box, tension box and take-up machine. At present, our company has a multi-head wire drawing machine covering 16 heads, 20 heads and 24 heads, with a monthly production capacity of 2000 tons. The finished yarn diameter φ 0.1mm-φ 1.05mm mm, number is 5-24. Products are widely used in automotive wiring harness, new energy, medical devices, electronic wires, military products and other fields.

Main products: stranding machine is a kind of stranding mechanical equipment which can be widely used in all kinds of soft / hard conductor wires, electronic wires, automobile wires, compressed conductors and so on. It twists multiple single conductors into one strand, which meets the technological requirements of the wire rod. Through the multi-head wire drawing machine, the busbar produced by the multi-head wire drawing machine can twist multiple single conductors into a strand through the active release frame, which can meet the technological requirements of the wire rod. The stranded wire is produced by using the parallel wire bare copper bus or the parallel wire tinned bus produced by the multi-head wire drawing machine as the raw material, and the finished product is produced through the processes of wire release frame, plum blossom splitter, stranding die, bow, pitch wheel and take-up machine. Our company currently has 52 stranding machine equipment, covering 500 type, 630 type and 800 type, which can produce all kinds of stranded, regular twisted and compressed conductors, and the finished line monofilament diameter range φ 0.05mm-φ 1.7mm mm, cross-sectional area range 0.09mm ²- 16mm ², with a monthly production capacity of 1000 tons.
