Published: Jul 22, 2021 16:15

On July 20, the Chemical Branch held an analysis meeting on production and operation in the first half of 2021 to comprehensively summarize the results of the work in the first half of the year, analyze the existing problems and gaps, and arrange tasks for the second half of the year. More than 30 people attended the meeting, including the leading group of the branch, the head of the production area, the head of the department, accounting and so on.

At the meeting, the five production areas reported on operating targets and cost completion, highlights, existing problems and deficiencies, follow-up measures and implementation plans from January to June. The production and Operation Department, the Finance Department, the Ministry of Safety and Environmental Protection and other relevant functional departments respectively made special reports on economic operation, financial operation, and the promotion of key work. In combination with the work in charge, the members of the leading group commented on the work in the first half of the year and made arrangements for the key work in the second half of the year.

In the first half of the year, the branch paid close attention to the theme of high-quality and cost-effective development, closely focused on the main line of "stabilizing production, adjusting structure, increasing new products, and reducing costs", and made more efforts in the aspects of production efficiency, management improvement, cost reduction and efficiency, environmental protection upgrading, and so on. The output of the three main products, ammonium molybdate, molybdenum disulfide and high purity molybdenum trioxide, increased by 1.0%, 1.5% and 0.2% over the same period last year. The output of ammonium molybdate and molybdenum disulfide completed 50.38% and 50.70% of the company's annual plan, and the total cumulative profit increased by 123% over the same period last year.

The meeting pointed out that it is not easy to achieve business results in the first half of the year, and while fully affirming it, we should also cherish it. On the basis of comprehensive summary and analysis, we should adhere to goal-oriented, problem-oriented, and result-oriented, practice the "seven-character work style," and strive to build a contingent of management cadres who "want to do things, are capable of doing things, can do things, accomplish things, and have no accidents."

With regard to the implementation of various tasks in the second half of the year, the meeting put forward four requirements: first, to strengthen due diligence in performing their duties, to organize production meticulously to ensure the progress of target tasks; second, to implement fine control, strictly control the unit consumption of auxiliary materials, and to start from the key points. face up to the targeted treatment of problems and solve bottlenecks; third, firmly establish the concept of "everyone is an operator and manager", focus on improving the quality of management; Fourth, we should cherish jobs, strive to improve the level of business skills, and achieve a win-win situation of self-worth and enterprise development in hard and down-to-earth work.
