Jiaozuo Wanfang announced at noon that the flood was mainly caused by heavy precipitation and flood discharge, which knocked down the north wall of the company, flooded the plant area and caused a power outage. In view of the technological requirements of electrolytic aluminum production, the electrolytic cell can not be cut off for 24 hours, and some of the electrolytic cells affected by the flood have been cut off for too long to restart in time; the thermoelectric branch plant is less affected by the flood. The flood caused no casualties in the company. By the time the announcement was disclosed, the stagnant water in the company's factory area had been basically emptied, and the company's production had been partially restored.
