On July 21, Shanghai issued a circular on the 14th five-year Plan for the Development of Shanghai's Strategic emerging and leading Industries, mainly to further promote the development of Shanghai's strategic emerging and leading industries. This plan is formulated in accordance with the 14th five-year Plan for Shanghai's National Economic and Social Development and the outline of the long-term objectives for the year 2035.
In terms of automobiles, it is planned that by 2025, the output value of Shanghai's new energy automobile manufacturing industry will reach about 350 billion yuan. The proportion of pure electric vehicles and fuel cell vehicles has further increased, accelerating the transformation of key automobile manufacturing enterprises into strategic emerging industrial enterprises, and fostering a number of small and medium-sized enterprises with a sales scale of 10 billion yuan.
Shanghai will speed up the breakthroughs in power battery technology, improve battery energy density, safety and battery life, and promote the development of high power density drive motors and control systems in the direction of system integration, lightweight structure and intelligent control. Promote hydrogen fuel cell vehicles to gradually enter the market application, break through the core technologies of key components of the system, such as membrane electrodes, stacks, proton exchange membranes, reduce the cost of fuel cell vehicles, and improve the layout of hydrogenation stations. Support relevant enterprises to strengthen cooperation, jointly carry out vehicle specification-level chips, in-vehicle operating systems, in-vehicle artificial intelligence computing platforms, vehicle network communications, lidar, millimeter wave radar, professional test equipment, on-line execution systems (braking, steering), high-precision maps, sensors and other technology and equipment research and development, to explore the commercial operation and application of intelligent network-connected vehicles in specific scenarios.
In addition, in the leapfrog development project of new energy vehicles, it will accelerate the transformation of traditional vehicles to new energy vehicles, promote the integrated development of fuel cell vehicles and intelligent vehicles in the Yangtze River Delta, and conquer the key components such as "three electricity" and the core technology of fuel cell vehicles. We will promote the transformation of key enterprise products to pure electric vehicles and fuel cell vehicles, and cultivate a number of auto parts enterprises with a sales scale of 10 billion yuan.
