Main product profile:
(1) C14500 copper tellurium: with environmental protection, easy-to-cut, anti-corrosion, anti-arc and other properties, it is used in many industries, such as aviation connectors, welding nozzles, precision connectors, etc., its special performance makes more and more industries begin to use it.
(2) HBi60 lead-free brass: strict lead limits are imposed on plumbing, household electronics and children's toys under the S3874 Act signed by the United States in 2010, EU standards and Japanese Sony standards. The HBi60 lead-free brass series developed by the company can perfectly replace the traditional lead brass.
(3) MDT magnesium tellurium copper: magnesium tellurium copper series alloy, using pure raw materials, the product has low impurity content, non-magnetic, easy cutting and other properties, and excellent cold and hot workability.
(4) C97 lead-nickel-copper: C97 has excellent properties such as high corrosion resistance, tensile strength and elasticity, high electrical conductivity, easy cutting and so on. According to the National Twelfth five-year Plan for the Development of New Materials, this material will gradually replace beryllium copper alloy.
(5) QSn4-3 has good elasticity, wear resistance and diamagnetism, good processability under hot and cold pressure, easy welding and brazing, good cutability and good corrosion resistance in atmosphere, fresh water and ocean. Because of its good elasticity and wear resistance, tin bronze QSn4-3 is widely used in elastic elements such as springs, pipe fittings, chemical instruments, wear-resistant parts and diamagnetic parts.
