Yangzhou Yichuan Nickel Industry Co., Ltd. is located in No. 3 Beach of Yanjiang Village, Lidian Town, Guangling District, Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province. The company was established in October 2011 with a registered capital of 105 million yuan. The company covers a total area of 170000 square meters and adopts the international mainstream RKEF (rotary kiln + submerged arc furnace) production process. Yichuan Company completed construction and put into production in October 2012, and the second production line was officially put into production in June 2019. The company mainly produces 10-15% high Ni-Fe alloy, and the products are mainly sold to Posco in Zhangjiagang.

The company's main raw material logistics path: foreign procurement of nickel ore through the foreign ship to the domestic seaport unloading, unloaded ship to the Yangtze River wharf, and then short to Yichuan wharf. Nickel slag is one of the company's sources of income, this product is generally sold to concrete companies, mainly used as building materials. It is estimated that about 270000 tons of slag will be sold in 2021, with an income of about 20 million yuan.

In response to the goal of "carbon peak" and "carbon neutralization", Yangzhou Yichuan is currently carrying out new clean energy construction, wind power generation projects and electric energy storage projects are being built, and the first phase of the project plans to build three wind towers. When the capacity of the electric energy storage project is about 12 megawatts, there are also supporting solar and photovoltaic projects planned for the later stage.

The company's scientific research, design, manufacturing, installation and marketing as one, business scope: high-quality Ni-Fe alloy (NPI) production and sales and related technology development, utilization, transfer, self-produced solid waste sales. The company actively responds to the call of the state to encourage Chinese enterprises to develop overseas nickel resources, makes use of imported rich laterite nickel ore resources, adopts RKEF process ore thermal furnace smelting to produce high quality nickel alloys, and develops a new process stainless steel industry chain.

On March 22,2018, our company signed a cooperation memorandum with (SMSP), the South Pacific Mining Company of New Caledonia, to purchase 600000 tons of laterite nickel ore for the whole year. From September 2018 to March 2021, our company achieved a main business income of about 1.25215 billion yuan and a profit of about 33 million yuan.

During the period, a total of about 1.126 million tons of laterite nickel ore was purchased, including about 790000 tons of Xinka ore, accounting for 70.16% of the total purchased nickel ore. The actual consumption of laterite nickel ore is about 1.1286 million tons, of which Xinka ore is about 770000 tons, accounting for 68.23% of the total consumption. Therefore, New Caledonia Nickel Mine plays an important role in the consumption of raw materials in our company. Other raw materials bituminous coal consumption of about 98000 tons, reducing agent white coal about 71400 tons, power consumption of about 543.05 million kilowatt-hours, a total of 114577 tons of products.

The company began to build a second production line in September 2018, with a total investment of about 120 million yuan (including a set of ultra-low emission environmental protection facilities of about 40 million yuan). The initial construction of the new second line was completed in June 2019 and was fully put into normal production at the end of July, with an average monthly output of 4000 tons. After the normal operation of the two lines, the annual output prepaid will reach 100000 tons, and the annual sales are expected to reach 12-1.4 billion yuan. After the production of the two lines, it is estimated that the annual use of raw materials laterite nickel ore 1.2 million tons, bituminous coal 85000 tons, reducing agent 72000 tons, power consumption 450 million kilowatt-hours.
