With the frequent high temperature warnings across China, the strong demand for thermal coal brought by the peak electricity consumption this summer has attracted attention from many parties.

SHANGHAI, Jul 14 (SMM) - With the frequent high temperature warnings across China, the strong demand for thermal coal brought by the peak electricity consumption this summer has attracted attention from many parties.

In order to ensure the local supply of thermal coal, Henan Province has required all coal mines that produce thermal coal to sell the coal only within the province. The market is under higher pressure to ensure thermal coal supply.
