Brief introduction of dip coating process:
After stripping off the oxide scale of the circulating master rod, the copper solution is dipped into the crucible, and then the finished product is hot-rolled on-line. It can produce copper rods of φ 16,14,12.5,10 and 8mm specifications. The dip-coating process combines the two advantages of hot rolling and up-drawing method of continuous casting and rolling, and the reducing gas protection is used in the whole process to ensure that the oxygen content of the product is very low.
Product characteristics:

Copper rod structure and electrical properties:

The experimental results show that the resistivity distribution of copper rod by immersion coating method is more concentrated and the trend change is obvious at different temperatures, which is more suitable for stable operation of all kinds of working conditions, and the phenomenon of "quasi-superconductivity" occurs at about-50 ℃.
