The company intends to set up a wholly-owned subsidiary to invest in the construction of diaphragm coating production and lithium power automation equipment projects in Gaoyao District of Zhaoqing City. The total investment of the project is about 5.2 billion yuan.

According to the announcement, investment project 1: an annual production base of 4 billion tons of diaphragm coating, with a total planned investment of about 3.8 billion yuan. The construction of the project is divided into two phases. the first phase of 2 billion tons of capacity is expected to be completed and put into production in 2023, and the second phase of 2 billion tons of capacity is expected to be completed and put into production in 2026. Investment project 2: lithium power automation equipment manufacturing base, the total investment of the project is about 1.4 billion yuan.
