The competitors of semiconductor industry products are mainly foreign-funded enterprises in the United States, Japan and other countries, and the market space for this business product is more than 50 billion yuan.

According to reports, Xinlai introduced leaders with 40 years of experience in the semiconductor field in 2017 to set up a team to focus on the development of a full range of products needed for transmission and control systems related to semiconductor gas systems. The gases used in the semiconductor process are highly corrosive, so the anti-corrosion surface of the product is very important for electrolytic polishing (EP) treatment. This technology has been certified by American manufacturers. The production standard of the product should be in line with the American SEMI standard, and the important testing indexes of the product should be sent to foreign countries for testing, and the testing time is relatively long. At present, this part of the products are all monopolized by the United States and Japan abroad, and it takes a strong time for the products to be certified by customers.

Semiconductor vacuum system, to provide a clean vacuum ring for end products, products to meet the ultra-high vacuum 10-9Pa requirements, so product welding technology is very important, Xinlai Yingcai said that the company's welding technology can meet different national standards, while this product has also been approved by American businessmen. In terms of semiconductors, the company has production bases in mainland China, Taiwan and the United States, which can serve the global half-body conductor FAB plant more quickly.
