In 2020, the actual monthly production capacity is 5000-60 million, and the current monthly production capacity has returned to 8000-90 million / month. In the future, with the replenishment of human resources in place, it has increased to 100 million / month; the production and marketing of S series is relatively stable, with a monthly production capacity of 8 million; in terms of SMDkHz products, it has achieved a monthly production capacity of 12 million from the beginning of last year to 33 million by the end of last year, and the new production capacity has climbed hill by month, and will reach 80 million in July. In terms of SMDMHz products, the monthly production capacity of M-series products was 110 million before, but after the production capacity was reached in August this year, the monthly production capacity will reach 150 million. TCXO shipments last year is not large, technical reserves supporting high-quality end-customer supply, the current monthly production capacity of 3 million.
In terms of sales model, Taijing Technology points out that the direct supply of the company's own product brand (direct sales to users, sales through agents to users, sales to competitors) accounts for the vast majority, and the company gives priority to ensuring the supply of end customers. The ex-factory price of high-quality customers is more reasonable. At the same time, from the perspective of dynamic development, the optimization of product structure and the promotion of high value-added products will lead to the improvement of comprehensive unit price.
As for whether prices will rise in the second quarter, Taijing Technology said that some of the company's products have price adjustments in the second quarter, and new orders are executed according to the new prices, of which TF prices have increased significantly with the recovery of the domestic market, such as kHz, MHz, thermosensitive crystal oscillator, and so on. At present, the product price will have a certain flexibility, affected by the tight supply and demand, technology, cost and other factors, the company will adjust according to the actual situation.
It is understood that the company produced 2.28 billion units last year, and after all the fund-raising projects reached production, the monthly production capacity increased by 100 million. All SMD products are in full production.
The closure of Malaysia does have a certain impact on the global supply of products, especially kHz products, Japanese counterparts account for a relatively high proportion of factories in Malaysia. KHz products are seriously out of stock, so supply is even more scarce. The same is true of the supply of other crystal oscillators by the epidemic.
