At the same time, the registered capital changed from 12 million yuan to 16 million yuan, an increase of 33.33%.

According to Zhangtong News Agency, Akash Microelectronics was founded in Zhangjiang, Shanghai, in May 2020 by a senior chip design automation (EDA) expert returned from Silicon Valley. The core staff of the company come from international well-known EDA companies such as Cadence, Synopsys, Xilinx and chip design companies, with an average of more than 15 years of global EDA industry experience, and is the main researcher or manager of a number of well-known software tools in the industry.

According to reports, Akash Microelectronics is mainly engaged in the research and development and consulting of integrated circuit design automation system (EDA).

Prior to this, Huawei Hubble has invested in EDA companies such as Nine Tongfang Microelectronics, Wuxi Flying Spectrum Electronics, Lixin Software and so on.
