







On June 30, the commissioning ceremony of Jiangfeng electronic super hot isostatic pressing equipment was held in Ningbo Jiangfeng Hot Isostatic pressing Technology Co., Ltd.
According to Yuyao Daily, this is the first super-large hot isostatic pressing equipment in China. The first furnace of high-purity tantalum target was also successfully produced on the same day.
Hot isostatic pressing equipment is the most high-end equipment in the field of metal materials and powder metallurgy, which mixes and processes all kinds of powders in the environment of high temperature and high pressure to form newer materials.
The super hot isostatic pressing equipment put into production this time is independently developed by Jiangfeng Electronics and Sichuan West Machinery, which has achieved complete localization, and the relevant technical parameters have reached the international advanced level.
The working height of the effective hot zone of the equipment is 4.5m, the diameter is 1.25m, the maximum heating temperature can reach 1500 ℃, and the maximum pressure can reach 2000 atmospheric pressure, which is equivalent to the pressure at the bottom of the sea at a depth of 20000 meters. it is a necessary national instrument for the preparation of large-size molybdenum alloy targets for high-end liquid crystal panels, powder metallurgy materials, aerospace and other key materials. After the equipment is put into production, it will promote the application of hot isostatic pressing technology in the preparation of ultra-high purity targets. China's electronic materials industry is expected to rank among the leading level of international equipment and make up for the shortcomings of our equipment in this field. it provides a new equipment guarantee capability for the field of electronic materials in our country.
