Under the guidance of Shanghai Economic and Information Commission and Shanghai Federation of Industrial economy, the strategic partner of "Automotive innovative Materials and applications" jointly launched by Shanghai Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, Shanghai Automotive Engineering Society and Suzhou Die casting Technology Association will hold the third "2021 most potential Automotive Materials & New Energy Automobile Castings products selection activity" this year.
Since its launch in 2019, the selection campaign has been aimed at "promoting the innovative and integrated development of new materials and the automotive industry, discussing solutions for automotive materials, and creating a closed loop for the green development of the automotive industry chain". More than a dozen vehicle and assembly enterprises, such as SAIC, FAW, Dongfeng, Geely, Changan, Jianghuai and BYD, are specially invited as evaluation experts to seamlessly connect downstream product information to end customers by way of evaluation, so as to help the construction of new energy vehicle industry cluster. In the selection activities over the years, we have received a total of 389 materials delivered by 281 enterprises, of which some award-winning enterprises have been invited to cooperate with automobile companies.
This year's selection activity was decided by a joint meeting of strategic partners held in June. the awards will be divided into three categories: "2021 most potential Automotive material Innovation Award", "2021 most potential Automotive material Application Award" and "2021 most potential New Energy Automobile casting products Award". It is hoped that relevant enterprises will actively fill in online according to the actual situation. Valuable materials will be recommended to domestic and foreign vehicle enterprises and have the opportunity to become an offline "automotive new materials inspection delegation" activity. The date of online declaration is from July 1, 2021 to August 15, 2021.
The final winner will be granted a license at the 2021 China Industry Expo New Materials Forum and China Automotive New Materials Summit Forum held in Shanghai on September 16, 2021, commending its contribution to speeding up the application of new materials and products in the field of automotive manufacturing.
