Anshi Semiconductor has announced the launch of a new 8-inch wafer production line in Manchester, UK, with the first batch of products using the latest NextPower chip technology of low RDS (on) and low Qrr, 80V and 100V MOSFET.
According to reports, the new production line will immediately expand the production capacity of Anshi Semiconductor, and the new PSMN3R9-100YSF (100V) and PSMN3R5-80YSF (80V) devices will have a very low Qrr quality factor (RDS (on) x Qrr) in the industry.
It is worth mentioning that Anshi Semiconductor announced on June 17 that it would invest US $700 million in the next 12 to 15 months to expand European wafer plants, closed test plants in Asia and global R & D bases. The investment will increase the manufacturing capacity of all the company's plants and accelerate the application of gallium nitride (GaN) semiconductor materials and the research and development of PMIC.
