It was approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and merged into the listed company Shengtun Mining Group Co., Ltd. (stock code: 600711) on January 16, 2019.

Form a complete industrial chain from zinc fine powder into the factory to the product out of the factory, the production line includes zinc roasting, electrolytic zinc, sewage treatment, electric zinc waste treatment and comprehensive recovery of rare and precious metals. It has an annual production capacity of 220000 tons of electric zinc, 380000 tons of sulfuric acid, 250000 tons of electric zinc waste residue and 40 tons of high-purity germanium dioxide.
