Xinlai Technology completed a new round of financing and was invested by Xiaomi Industry Fund.

On June 21, Xinlai Technology announced the completion of a new round of financing, which was led by Junlian Capital, followed by the China Electric Power Branch Core Technology Research and Investment Fund and the Fiberfire Industry Investment Fund. The old shareholder Lanchi Venture Capital, Zhongguancun Core Integrated Circuit Fund, Skyline Capital and Linxin Investment continue to pursue investment.

Founded in 2018, Xinlai Technology is one of the first domestic enterprises to build a technological ecology based on RISC-V open instruction set architecture and take the lead in realizing industrial applications. It is a local RISC-V processor IP and solution leader.

It is reported that this round of financing is the third consecutive capital increase of core technology in a year, totaling hundreds of millions of yuan. Before this round of financing, Xinlai Technology has obtained investments such as Jingchen shares, Core original Microelectronics, Enlightening Star Venture Capital, Xiaomi Yangtze River Industrial Fund, Skyline Capital, Zhongguancun Core Integrated Circuit Fund, Linxin Investment and so on.

In 2021, Xin Lai Technology continues to accelerate the application of RISC-V processor IP, and the products have matured and steadily entered the mass production design of many customers, and gradually introduced more application scenarios and emerging fields through in-depth cooperation with users.
