Recently, South-South Aluminum Group 23" 1800T reverse extruder has achieved stable production of φ 11mm-φ 35mm 7075 extruded round rod, making a major breakthrough in the production and sales of reverse extruded aluminum alloy industrial structural materials.

Since the South-South Aluminum Group began to explore the forward extrusion transformation and reverse extrusion scheme in October 2020, the equipment transformation, melting and casting process and extrusion process personnel of the research institute and the materials department, under the leadership of Dr. Le Yongkang, vice president of the Technical personnel Research Institute, through concerted efforts and fighting day and night, they have gone through layers of sharpening and testing from the determination of the scheme to equipment transformation, process commissioning, and then to product trial production. A series of difficult problems related to alloy composition design, melting and casting process, extrusion process and heat treatment process involved in the research and production of new products have been solved. finally, trial production has been successfully achieved on May 7 this year. Product 7075 extruded rods have passed various performance tests. the comprehensive performance is much higher than the national standard and meets the American standard required by the export order.

So far, South-South Aluminum Group has not only realized the stable production and sale of structural materials for aluminum alloy industry, but also has the production and manufacturing processes of forward extrusion and reverse extrusion at the same time, which has greatly enriched the supply system of aluminum alloy products and enhanced the production and manufacturing capacity of the products, which has laid a solid foundation for the development of the company.

Fed to Keep Large Banks' Capital Levels Unchanged, Postpones Stress Test Reforms Until 2027
The US Fed has announced that it will maintain the capital levels of large banks unchanged during the upcoming stress test cycle (corresponding to the 2026 cycle). At the same time, the US Fed is planning multidimensional reforms to this annual test, aiming to enhance its transparency. The US Fed's Vice Chair for Supervision, Bowman, revealed that adjustments to the stress capital buffer requirements for large banks will be postponed until 2027. This move is intended to provide the US Fed with sufficient time to evaluate potential flaws that may be exposed in its testing models when assessing banks' financial conditions under simulated economic downturn scenarios.
