Tian Deyu, a manufacturer of display driver IC owned by Foxconn, has completed Science and Technology Innovation Board's listing tutoring.

On June 16, CITIC Securities released a summary report on the initial public offering of shares of Shenzhen Tianyu Technology Co., Ltd. and its listing in Science and Technology Innovation Board.

Citic Securities believes that after tutoring, Tian Deyu has met the requirements of issuing and listing, and has achieved the expected effect of the tutoring work.

Tian Deyu, founded in 2010, is a core IC design member of Foxconn Technology Group. Based on the Chinese market and facing the global development, the company provides customers with chips in the field of HCI human-computer interaction, such as mobile phones, wearable devices, intelligent audio, new retail and so on. The company's products include intelligent mobile terminal display driver chip, camera voice coil motor driver chip, fast charging protocol chip, electronic price tag driver chip and solutions.

Tiandeyu deep ploughing display drive field for decades, product sales cover the United States, Japan, South Korea and other countries and regions, the main customers include first-class well-known brands at home and abroad.

Tiandeyu is headquartered in Shenzhen Nanshan District Science and Technology Park, the company has wholly-owned subsidiaries in Hefei, Anhui and Hong Kong, and branches in Shanghai and Taiwan, mainly combined with the local semiconductor development advantages to accurately locate the industry direction.
