Xiangtan, the largest regenerated copper project in Hunan, is put into production.

On the morning of May 20th, the opening ceremony of the first phase of Jinlong Xincai 100000 ton high conductive copper rod project and R & D center was held in Yuhu High-tech Zone. Cao Jiongfang, secretary of the Municipal CPC Committee and chairman of the standing Committee of the Municipal people's Congress, and Huang Chongqi, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, attended and delivered speeches. The Jinlong Group invested 1 billion yuan in the Yuhu District Jinlong new materials project, covering an area of 175mu, divided into three phases of construction, all of which will achieve an output value of 50 to 7 billion yuan.

The project fully implements the concept of "automation, ecology and benchmarking", adopts advanced intelligent quality control system and remote manufacturing monitoring system, realizes the whole process online operation of raw material incoming inspection, manufacturing process monitoring, finished product inspection, logistics and transportation, etc., and is committed to becoming a "lighthouse factory" with advanced manufacturing, leading management and sustainable benefits in the industry.

From trial production on March 30th to May 20th, the output value has exceeded 400 million yuan, the output has exceeded 6000 tons, and the tax revenue has reached 52 million yuan.

After the ceremony, the leaders and guests visited and inspected the Jinlong new material continuous casting and rolling production line. The production line adopts American southern line technology and independent intellectual property "natural gas + liquid oxygen" process. It is a domestic first-class high conductivity copper rod continuous casting and rolling production line. Using 100% recycled copper raw materials, it can save energy and reduce consumption to a great extent. Help to implement the "carbon peak" and "carbon neutralization" China commitment, and committed to become a national green manufacturing demonstration project of renewable resources.

On the same day, Jinlong Group also donated 2 million yuan to the Hunan overseas Chinese Public Welfare Foundation to help promote teaching and learning, help the poor, revitalize the countryside, and develop sports.
