Huawei sets up a wholly-owned subsidiary in Suzhou with a registered capital of 50 million yuan

Recently, Suzhou Huawei Technology Research and Development Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 50 million yuan.

Enterprise investigation shows that the company was established on May 31, 2021, and its legal representative is Tian Xingpu. Its business scope includes software development, information system integration services, engineering and technical research and experimental development, and technical services. Shareholder information shows that the company is wholly owned by Huawei Technology Co., Ltd.

Prior to this, Huawei already has a relevant layout in Suzhou.

In 2012, Huawei Santian Island base started construction, with a total construction area of about 760000 square meters, is one of the four major R & D bases in Huawei East China. In the same year, Huawei set up Huawei Digital Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. in Suzhou Industrial Park. In August 2019, Huawei cooperated with Suzhou Industrial Park to build Huawei (Suzhou) artificial Intelligence Innovation Center.
