Primary aluminium inventories shrank 8,000 mt on week

Social inventories of primary aluminium ingots across eight consumption areas in China, including SHFE warrants, decreased 8,000 mt from last Thursday to 954,000 mt as of June 3.

SHANGHAI, Jun 3 (SMM) – Primary aluminium ingot inventories in China fell this week, showed SMM data.

Social inventories of primary aluminium ingots across eight consumption areas in China, including SHFE warrants, decreased 8,000 mt from last Thursday to 954,000 mt as of June 3. Stocks in Nanhai rose slightly by 7,000 mt. Stocks in Wuxi, Shanghai and Gongyi continued to contribute to the decrease.
