Sany heavy Industry wins order for 100 hydrogen fuel Cell Engineering vehicles

On May 31, Sany Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement on hydrogen energy industry with the people's Government of Yueyang City. According to the agreement, Yueyang City will launch 100 hydrogen fuel engineering vehicles by 2022, including slag trucks, tractors and mixers, which will be provided by Sany heavy Industry.

It is understood that by December 2020, Yueyang City had signed a total of 10 billion yuan for hydrogen energy investment projects and built the first commercial hydrogen filling station in Hunan Province. In March this year, Wang Yiou, secretary of the Yueyang Municipal CPC Committee, and his party investigated Sany Group, hoping to make use of Sany's strong R & D and manufacturing strength to quickly promote the commercial application of hydrogen fuel cell engineering vehicles.

In December 2020, Sany hydrogen fuel cell engineering vehicle and the world's first fuel cell mixer officially went offline, marking the official opening of the "hydrogen era" of Sany heavy industry.

According to battery China, Sany's world's first hydrogen fuel cell mixer and the company's first hydrogen fuel cell dump truck are equipped with remodeling technology PRISMA Mirror Star 110kW fuel cell system.

Public data show that Sany's business focus is in the field of construction machinery. Construction machinery is the second largest use industry in internal combustion engine products except the automobile industry. Because of the high emission density and the emission index is inferior to the automobile, the pollution to the environment is more serious. At present, the domestic construction machinery is still mainly powered by the traditional internal combustion engine.
