National Technology (300077.SZ) issued a notice, in view of POSCO CHEMICAL Co.,LTD (referred to as "Posco Chemistry") for the development of new energy industry, is actively expanding the business of negative materials; Shenzhen Snow Industrial Development Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Snow") in the field of anode materials has the production capacity of the whole industry chain from raw material pretreatment to negative electrode processing and manufacturing, with core technology and production advantages. Posco plans to cooperate with National Technology in the business field of anode materials for lithium-ion batteries.
On May 29, 2021, examined and approved by the company manager's office meeting, on May 31, 2021, the company signed a "letter of intent" with Posco Chemical. Posco intends to cooperate with the company in the field of lithium-ion battery anode materials through the transfer of part of the equity of Snow or its subsidiaries, or the establishment of a joint venture company.
