As the first rotating chairman unit, Zhang Aiqun, senior vice president of Geely Holdings Group, said that Geely will focus on the development and industrialization of key technologies for core components such as battery, motor, electric control, vehicle networking, intelligent vehicle electronics and new energy vehicle technology, and promote the development of new energy vehicle industry through industrial funds and other means.
In addition, Anhui Province, as an important automobile industry base in the country, will take the complete vehicle enterprises represented by Jianghuai Automobile, Chery Automobile, Weilai Automobile and Valin Automobile, the power battery and recycling enterprises represented by Guoxuan Hi-Tech, Huating Power, tomorrow hydrogen Energy and Green Wo Energy, the electric drive system enterprises represented by Giant Power, the automotive electronics enterprises represented by Shengtaike, and the university units represented by Hefei University of Technology. Recommend joining the alliance.
Data show that automobile production in Anhui Province returned to the ranks of one million against the trend in 2020, reaching an output of 1.161 million vehicles, an increase of 23.8% over the same period last year. During the 13th five-year Plan period, Anhui Province produced a total of 495000 new energy vehicles, accounting for 9.8 percent of the country, of which the output in 2020 was 105000, ranking fourth in the country.
