SMM visits Henan Zhongyuan Gold smelter Co., Ltd., hand in hand to create the future

On May 18, 2021, Ma Yao, Wu Jianglin, copper industry manager of SMM, and Zhang Xiuhao and Zhou Xun, copper industry analysts, visited Henan Zhongyuan Gold smelter Co., Ltd., which was warmly received by Chen Junhua, assistant general manager of the main business leader of Henan Zhongyuan Gold smelting Co., Ltd., Zhang Zhongxin, sales manager of the second Party Branch of Marketing, and Hu Yingxia, manager of risk compliance control department. The two sides conducted full exchanges.

In order to promote the implementation of electrolytic copper quotation in the Central Plains and promote the balanced development of supply and demand of the copper industry market in Henan, through in-depth exchanges with Henan Zhongyuan Gold smelting Co., Ltd., the two sides exchanged views on the current market situation and industrial development, and unanimously advocated the establishment of a quotation mechanism with electrolytic copper trading as the core in Central China, and the development of a market environment with Sanmenxia, Zhengzhou and other places as regional trading centers.

Henan Zhongyuan Gold smelter Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary and backbone enterprise of China Gold Group Co., Ltd., a listed company controlled by China Gold Group Co., Ltd., and is a well-known gold and copper smelting and gold refining processing enterprise. it is a key enterprise determined by the municipal governments of Henan Province and Sanmenxia.

The factory area of the company is located in Sanmenxia urban and rural integration demonstration area, covering an area of more than 2400 mu, with a total investment of 10.3 billion yuan, annual treatment of 1.5 million tons of gold and copper concentrate, comprehensive recovery of gold, silver, copper, sulfur, nickel, selenium, tellurium, rhenium, platinum, palladium and other valuable metals. Annual production of 30 tons of smelting gold, 350 tons of silver, 350000 tons of electrolytic copper, 1.3 million tons of sulfuric acid.

The company adopts the integrated flotation blowing technology of "oxygen-rich bottom blowing matte and gold capture", which is independently developed by China, which has the outstanding characteristics of strong adaptability of raw materials, high metal recovery, low energy consumption and high level of automation equipment. The company introduces international advanced environmental protection processes and equipment such as Mengmoke high concentration sulfur dioxide conversion, low temperature thermal energy recovery and ionic liquid desulfurization, and the cleaner production level is in the leading position in the industry.
