If the installation conditions are met, the management unit of the residential community and the owners' committee shall not obstruct the construction of piles by users. Residential community management units that actively support the installation of charging piles may be given special awards.
In addition, by 2025, the coverage of fast charging stations in the national ecological civilization experimental area and the highway service areas in key areas for the prevention and control of air pollution will not be less than 80%, and that in other areas will not be less than 60%.
