Chinalco Group and China Aerospace Science and Industry sign Framework Agreement on deepening Strategic Cooperation

On May 7, the signing ceremony of the framework agreement on deepening strategic cooperation between Chinalco and China Aerospace Science and Industry was held at the headquarters of Chinalco. Under the joint witness of Yao Lin, secretary of the party group and chairman of the Chinalco Group, and Yuan Jie, secretary of the party group and chairman of the China Aerospace Science and Industry Group, Dong Jianxiong, member of the party group and deputy general manager of Chinalco, and Gong Bo, member of the party group and deputy general manager of China Aerospace Science and Industry, signed the strategic cooperation framework agreement on behalf of both sides. The signing ceremony was presided over by Feng Guiquan, a member of the party group and deputy general manager of Chinalco Group.

According to the agreement, the two sides will give full play to their respective advantages in accordance with the cooperation principles of "equality and mutual benefit, complementary advantages, resource sharing and common development." to carry out in-depth and extensive cooperation in promoting the research and application of high-performance raw materials, ensuring the stability of the supply chain of special non-ferrous materials for aerospace, and promoting the deep integration of industries in all factors and fields, so as to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.

The two sides held cordial and friendly talks before signing the contract. Yao Lin first welcomed Yuan Jie and his entourage and briefly introduced the current development of Chinalco Group. He said: China Aerospace Science and Industry is the backbone of China's aerospace industry and national defense science and technology industry, as well as an important strategic partner of the Chinalco Group, and the two sides have always maintained a good cooperative relationship. As a key state-owned backbone enterprise managed by the central government, Chinalco has been adhering to the important mission of ensuring the country's strategic mineral resources and national defense military materials, especially in aerospace, continue to increase research and development, production and investment in aerospace products, and constantly improve the quality and supply capacity of aerospace products. It is hoped that the two sides will take the signing of the strategic cooperation agreement as an opportunity to strengthen communication and carry out comprehensive cooperation around the key technologies of high-performance aluminum products, the security of the industrial chain supply chain, information technology, network platform, etc., especially to give full play to the advantages of military technology, promote the development of civilian products industry, and form a new pattern of mutually beneficial and win-win development.

Yuan Jie expressed his admiration for the achievements made by Chinalco in production, operation, reform and development in recent years, and introduced the key work and development goals of China's aerospace science and industry in defense equipment, major aerospace projects, information technology, and other fields. fully expressed the willingness to deepen cooperation between the two sides. He hopes to take this signing as an opportunity to expand the space for cooperation, produce more cooperation results in scientific research, technology, market and other fields, and jointly achieve high-quality development.

Before the talks, Yuan Jie and his entourage, accompanied by Yao Lin, Feng Guiquan and Dong Jianxiong, visited the exhibition hall of Chinalco Group and listened to the Chinalco Group working together to build a new high-quality development model and build world-class non-ferrous metal enterprises with global competitiveness. to provide material support for aerospace, national defense and other national key projects.

The heads of relevant departments and strategic units of Chinalco Group and the heads of relevant departments of China Aerospace Science and Industry participated in the above activities.
