SHANGHAI, May 7 (SMM) – Social inventories of silicon metal across Huangpu port, Kunming city and Tianjin port declined 3,000 mt from the previous week to 47,000 mt as of Friday May 7, SMM data showed. Stocks were unchanged at Huangpu and Tianjin port, but declined in Kunming.
Silicon social inventories are expected to continue to fall before silicon plants in south-west China restart production.
