Recently, Guosheng Zhike said in an institutional survey that so far in 2021, the company's orders and production are very full, and March revenue contributed more to Q1. The continuation of 4 orders is also good, especially the significant increase in shipments, customer delivery atmosphere is active, customer demand will continue to be strong in the second half of the year, the company's orders have been scheduled to the fourth quarter. In addition, it said that the increase in the price of casting raw materials will have some impact on the cost of CNC machine tools, and some of the company's CNC machine tools have cancelled their original sales policy and adjusted prices indirectly in March.

It is reported that in the first quarter of 2021, Guosheng Zhike achieved operating income of 232 million yuan, an increase of 138% over the same period last year; net profit of 35 million yuan, an increase of 162% over the same period last year; and non-net profit of 33.53 million, an increase of 207% over the same period last year. Its core business, CNC machine tools and its production line, accounts for more than 85% of the revenue, and the proportion of equipment components has declined compared with the same period last year. This is mainly due to the company's strategic adjustment of the equipment components business, the integration and reduction of the original customer base, and the retention of a few customers (such as Heskey, Caterpillar, Demagison Seiki, etc.). The sales of CNC machine tool products, especially large gantry and pentahedral gantry machining centers, precision horizontal plus and other high-end models have increased significantly.

The gross profit margin of the equipment components business is relatively high in its three major businesses. In the short term, the reduction of the equipment components business will have some impact on the comprehensive gross margin. However, with the gradual decrease of the income proportion of equipment components, the income proportion of the main industry of CNC machine tools has gradually increased, and with the gradual growth of the business scale of CNC machine tools, especially the proportion of high-end CNC machine tools, scale effect will also lead to the stability or improvement of the gross profit margin of CNC machine tools.

Guosheng Zhike stressed that it is not completely giving up the business of equipment components, and for the sake of improving the stability of CNC machine tool products, especially basic materials, and the need to master international cutting-edge technology, castings are only reserved for Demagison Seiki. Since Q4 last year, the company has taken the initiative to reduce the number of external customers, retaining a small number of large batch and strategic cooperation customers, mainly reducing the variety of products, and the external income of sheet weldments will decrease slightly throughout the year. However, the company's services to its core customers are still being laid out, and a joint venture was set up in Canada in the second half of last year. Due to the epidemic, the Canadian factory construction plan did not continue. The purpose of the establishment is to better serve Canadian Heskey customers, improve the delivery speed of sheet welding parts, increase customer stickiness, and then consider to continue to expand business and market layout.

In terms of the industrial chain of equipment components, Guosheng Zhike sheet welding parts and castings are self-made. Driven by the vigorous development of CNC machine tool business, the external sales of sheet welding parts have gradually been strategically reduced, and high-quality resources are used for the internal matching of CNC machine tools. The internal supporting capacity of sheet metal parts should be further expanded in the aspects of improving efficiency, optimizing design, improving technology and so on. Casting has only one external customer, and all other production capacity is used for internal matching. With the further improvement of the output of CNC machine tools, the production capacity of castings cannot be ruled out.

In terms of the industrial chain of core functional components, including fully automatic right-angle head, spindle of CNC boring and milling machine (turntable), dual-station horizontal drag exchange table, motorized spindle, Guosheng Zhike will extend in the direction of five-faceted head, universal head, swing head and extension head in the future, including gearbox, rotary worktable R & D and trial production and mass self-made production and application, Guosheng Zhike said. Do not rule out the future to go abroad through epitaxial mergers and acquisitions and other ways to layout the core functional components of CNC machine tools of the industrial chain.

In terms of the construction of the new plant, the installation and commissioning of the main equipment of Guosheng Zhike has been completed, other supporting facilities have also been basically completed, and a small part of the equipment is being debugged and trial production will be carried out at the end of May as originally planned. At present, part of the equipment has been trial-processed, and the overall orderly production will not be carried out until June or July. The new plant is designed to have a capacity of 1 billion, which will be gradually released next year.

It is understood that Guosheng Zhike CNC machine tools are mainly used in automobiles, precision moulds, machinery and equipment, and other fields. Last year, most of the growth was in the field of machinery and equipment, including construction machinery, mechanical processing, photovoltaic equipment, and so on. In addition, the demand of aerospace, new energy and other sectors is also accelerating. From the point of view of the first quarter, there is still more growth in laser processing, rail transit, wind power and other fields. "in the future, on the basis of consolidating the original subdivision areas such as precision moulds, with the increasing demand of the machinery industry, including investment products and other processing areas, the company has begun to lay out its products. It has begun to show up from the fourth quarter of last year to this year."
