Of this total, the revenue of lithium battery materials reached 288 million yuan, an increase of 19.89 percent over the same period last year, and revenue from the use of products reached 66.1667 million yuan, an increase of 2128.21 percent over the same period last year.

On the evening of April 26th, Guanghua Science and Technology (002741) disclosed its annual report that the company's operating income last year was 2.014 billion yuan, up 17.54% from the same period last year. The net profit belonging to shareholders of listed companies was 36.1348 million yuan, up 167.56% from the same period last year. It is reported that Sinorama Technology mainly has a series of ternary precursors and ternary materials, ferric phosphate, lithium ferric phosphate and lithium ferromanganese phosphate, cobalt salt, nickel salt, manganese salt and so on. In 2020, the company's new energy material lithium iron phosphate construction project products have been put into production.

In terms of echelon utilization products, Sinorama Technology cooperated with a number of well-known vehicle companies in 2020 to develop and undertake decommissioned battery regeneration treatment models and cooperate. With business development, the company continues to build a new energy life cycle value chain, actively build a waste battery recycling network system, give full play to the company's technical advantages, and improve the lithium battery material industry chain. In terms of product research and development, Guanghua Technology has always adhered to innovation and development as the company's core competitiveness. Last year, the investment in R & D reached 99.82 million yuan, an increase of 25.15% over the same period last year, accounting for 4.96% of the operating revenue. During this period, the company launched the R & D project of full-component green recovery and high-value utilization technology and equipment for decommissioned lithium iron phosphate battery, which focused on the research on key technologies and equipment in the process of full-component green and high-value recovery and utilization of decommissioned lithium iron phosphate battery, aiming to solve the problem of short-process high-value utilization and harmless process of decommissioned lithium iron phosphate battery at the present stage. And realize the demonstration industrialization of full-component resource utilization of decommissioned lithium iron phosphate battery.

Battery net noted that after Guanghua Technology issued a forecast for the first quarter of 2021, the company expected to achieve a net profit of 8 million yuan to 9.5 million yuan belonging to shareholders of listed companies from January to March, turning losses into profits compared with last year. The company said that the performance change was due to the company's continuous investment in technological innovation, product research and development and market development, which jointly led to the steady growth of the company's sales and profits.

According to the development strategy, Sinorama Science and Technology will continue to focus on the three main industries of electronic chemicals, chemical reagents and new energy in the future, broaden business ideas, expand business space, and speed up industrial layout. For the new energy business sector, the company will make use of core technical resources such as "flexible metal ion purification technology" to develop related new energy products such as lithium iron phosphate, ladder batteries and ternary materials, in order to obtain greater market opportunities and development space.

In addition, Battery Network also noted that on April 22, Guanghua Science and Technology said on the investor interactive platform that after the company was included in the country's first batch of five enterprises that met the "industry norms and conditions for comprehensive utilization of waste power batteries for new energy vehicles" in 2018, on January 22, 2021, Zhuhai Zhongli New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, has been listed on the list of 22 enterprises in line with the "New Energy vehicle waste Power Storage Battery Comprehensive Utilization Industry Standard".

Guanghua Science and Technology said that in the face of the lithium battery recycling market with broad prospects and huge room for development, combined with the company's technical and market advantages in hydrometallurgy and high-purity chemicals, the company will implement the strategic layout of lithium battery recycling business. carry out lithium battery recycling and other businesses to meet market demand and further enhance core competitiveness.
