It is worth noting that on February 5, Xinyun announced that in order to further enhance the company's comprehensive competitiveness and promote the development of new energy vehicles and charging infrastructure industry, the company and Xi Xixiang plan to jointly fund the establishment of Fujian Xiyun charging Technology Co., Ltd., registered in Fuzhou, with a registered capital of 25 million yuan, of which Xinyun shares contributed 10 million yuan in currency, with a shareholding ratio of 40.005%. Xi Fengxiang contributed 15 million yuan in currency, with a shareholding ratio of 60.005%. The main business of the joint venture company includes the sales of power exchange facilities for new energy vehicles, the sales of electrical accessories for new energy vehicles, centralized fast charging stations, and the operation of charging infrastructure for electric vehicles.

In January, Xinyun announced that it had completed a fixed increase of 400 million yuan, of which Ningde era funds and Yiqi Jisheng and other industrial chain investors participated in the subscription.

Ningde Nebula testing Company and Ningde Times signed the contract of Power Battery performance testing Laboratory Service contract of Ningde Nebula testing Technology Co., Ltd. in Ningde City, Fujian Province on the same day. The contract amount is 130 million yuan, and the term of the contract is 5 years.
