Inventories of refined nickel in the Shanghai bonded areas remained unchanged from a week ago and stood at 9,300 mt as of April 23, showed SMM data.

SHANGHAI, Apr 23 (SMM) – Inventories of refined nickel in the Shanghai bonded areas remained unchanged from a week ago and stood at 9,300 mt as of April 23, showed SMM data.

The trend of SHFE nickel was suppressed by short positions, which made the import window close. The tepid foreign trade in the bonded area accounted for the stable situation in the nickel bonded stocks this week.
