In recent years, relying on the unique location advantages and good aluminum industry foundation, Suixi Economic Development Zone of Anhui Province has continuously extended the strong chain through attracting investment and investment, all kinds of aluminum processing enterprises have been gathering, and the regional aluminum processing industry cluster has gradually taken shape. growing day by day.

According to reports, Suixi Economic Development Zone has gathered upstream and downstream related enterprises led by Meixin Aluminum and Li screen Technology, supported by Jin Hongsheng, Fujitte, Home, Yinfeng, Guangbo, etc., basically forming a relatively complete industrial chain such as high-precision aluminum plate, strip and foil, automotive lightweight accessories, recycled aluminum, and high-end equipment aluminum research and development. At present, Suixi Economic Development Zone has more than 1000 professional and technical personnel, and an aluminum products supervision and testing center in Anhui Province has settled in the park. The park also cooperates with the University of Science and Technology of Beijing to establish the "Wanbei Aluminum-based New Materials Industry and Technology Research Institute", and with Professor Xu Binshi, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, to set up a special metal augmentation manufacturing academician workstation, so that industry-university-research can be seamlessly docked, aluminum-based new materials technology and product research and development can be strengthened.

In 2020, Anhui Sino-German (Suixi) international cooperation aluminum-based industrial park construction project was listed as the province's key projects, the second batch of special debt storage projects of the Provincial Department of Finance to support. At present, the construction of the industrial park project is progressing steadily, with bidding for all seven sub-projects completed and construction of four sub-projects already under way. It is understood that the total investment of the Anhui Sino-German (Suixi) international cooperation aluminum-based industrial park project is 3.95 billion yuan, drawing lessons from "German ideas, German standards, German elements, and German technology", integrating ecological concepts, wisdom concepts, and cultural concepts into the park, planning and building the structural layout of "one center, three axes, four zones", focusing on scientific and technological innovation and high-end manufacturing of the aluminum industry. Build an intelligent factory, intelligent production and intelligent logistics, create an intelligent park, and build an ecological science and technology park that integrates production, learning, research, tourism, creation, incubation, investment and administration. Among them, after the completion of the industrial development area, it will provide an intelligent factory building covering an area of 500 mu and a standardized factory building of 500 mu for resident enterprises to choose from, while supporting the construction of a 300-mu logistics public distribution center.

In the next step, Yixi Economic Development Zone will take the development of hundreds of billions of aluminum industrial clusters as the goal, vigorously develop aluminum intensive processing, give full play to the comparative advantages of the park, extend the industrial chain, adjust the industrial structure, and promote industrial upgrading. strive to achieve a production capacity of 2 million tons by 2025 and build an influential aluminum industrial base in the country.
