The two sides plan to jointly build the "industrialization project of intelligent equipment for semiconductor non-destructive testing and intelligent equipment industrialization project based on laminated technology for power lithium batteries", with a total investment of 1 billion yuan.

On the evening of April 2, Zhengye Technology (300410) announced that the company signed a "Memorandum of Strategic Cooperation" with Zhuzhou State-owned assets Investment holding Group Co., Ltd. on the same day, the two sides hope to work together to build the industrialization project of intelligent equipment for semiconductor non-destructive testing and the industrialization project of intelligent equipment based on lamination technology for power lithium batteries.

The announcement shows that the total investment of the project is 1 billion yuan and will be carried out in stages, of which the investment scale of the first phase of the project ("the first phase of the project") is 600 million yuan. The first phase of the project is the industrialization construction project of semiconductor non-destructive testing intelligent equipment, which develops, produces and sells semiconductor X-ray non-destructive testing machines for the field of semiconductor chips. through the strong penetration of X-ray, perspective imaging reveals the internal structure or shape of the irradiated chip, solves various defect testing problems of semiconductor chip, and improves the yield of semiconductor chip.

Zhengye Science and Technology said that this investment and construction project is in line with the company's "industrial testing intelligent equipment" development strategy. If implemented smoothly, it will play a positive role in promoting the development of the company's semiconductor testing and lithium battery business, and will help the company to rely on the location advantages and industrial foundation of Zhuzhou City. Speed up the industrialization and marketization of the industrialization project of intelligent equipment for semiconductor non-destructive testing and the industrialization project of intelligent equipment based on laminated technology for power lithium batteries, so as to further enhance the company's core competitiveness and profitability.

It mainly provides intelligent equipment and industrial Internet, high-end new materials and other products to manufacturers in PCB, lithium battery, flat panel display and other industries.

According to a previous announcement issued by Zhengye Technology, the company's total revenue last year was 1.205 billion yuan, an increase of 15.2% over the same period last year, and its net profit loss was 318 million yuan, a loss of 65.63% compared with the same period last year. The profit in the first quarter of this year is expected to be 120 million yuan to 150 million yuan, an increase of 446% 583% over the same period last year.

The company won the tender project of Ruipu Energy Phase II and Phase III factory automatic X-Ray cell testing machine, the winning project involved equipment in four batches, the first batch of equipment transaction amount was 18.625 million yuan (including tax), the total transaction value of four batches of equipment is expected to be 74.5 million yuan (including tax).
