Silicon social inventories shrank 1,000 mt on week

Social inventories of silicon metal across Huangpu port, Kunming city and Tianjin port declined 1,000 mt from the prior week to 57,000 mt as of Friday Apr 2, SMM data showed.

SHANGHAI, Apr 2 (SMM) – Social inventories of silicon metal across Huangpu port, Kunming city and Tianjin port declined 1,000 mt from the prior week to 57,000 mt as of Friday Apr 2, SMM data showed.

Stocks increased at Tianjin port, but declined in Kunming and Huangpu port. Silicon social inventories are likely to fall slightly in the near term.
