China is the largest producer and consumer of aluminum in the world. In recent years, China's aluminum processing industry has been in a period of rapid growth. High-precision, high-performance, high-quality product research and development and large-scale utilization of China's aluminum processing industry is one of the important tasks. In particular, most of the high-tech materials, such as aluminum, aerospace, and other high-tech materials with high technical content and strategic significance for development, have to be imported. In order to strengthen the financing link of the industrial chain, speed up the conversion of new and old kinetic energy, and enhance the international competitiveness of the industrial chain, SMM will hold the "16th China International Aluminum processing Summit" in Foshan, Guangdong Province on May 13-15, 2021. Hunan Zhongchuang Hollow New Materials Co., Ltd. made great efforts to "increase the size" summit, to boost the development of the industry and empower industrial innovation!

The company was founded on December 5, 2019, with a registered capital of 1 billion yuan. It is a mixed ownership enterprise supported by the world-class technology of Zhong Gao Academician team of Central South University and led by Hunan High-tech Venture Capital Group Co., Ltd. The company keeps a close eye on the manufacturing market of high-end materials and components in aerospace, rail transit, civil vehicles, special equipment and other fields, and the industrialization base construction project will solve the problem of "sticking neck" of national key model tasks. it has been listed in the first batch of major demonstration projects of military-civilian integration in Hunan Province, key construction projects of Hunan Province in 2020, "five 100" major industrial construction projects of Hunan Province and ten key technological projects of Hunan Province in 2021.

The construction project of the company's industrialization base focuses on producing and replacing the currently restricted foreign high-end aerospace aluminum alloy materials (aluminum-lithium alloy, 2XXX system, 5XXX system and 7xxx series) and the aerospace aluminum alloy super-large components urgently needed by the country, with a total investment of 6.7 billion yuan. Construction will be carried out in two phases. Among them: the first phase of the project focuses on aerospace, rail transit new materials and large structural parts, with an investment of 2 billion yuan and a land area of about 555 mu. It mainly produces high-performance aluminum alloy and Al-Li alloy ingots, forgings, extruded parts, ring parts, thin-walled parts and structural components, with an annual output value of 3 billion yuan. The second phase of the project will invest 4.7 billion yuan to continue to increase the manufacturing capacity of new materials and large structural parts for aerospace and rail transit, and at the same time develop aluminum alloy materials and components for automobile and rail transit. The overall annual output value of the project will reach 10 billion yuan after production.

The era of innovation-driven and technology-based country is coming, the vicissitudes of the sea are flowing across the sea, and all the Chinese founders will swagger and forge ahead, further optimize the production process, promote project construction, and strengthen process innovation. contribute to the strength of China Innovation for the key models of the national aerospace industry!

Fed to Keep Large Banks' Capital Levels Unchanged, Postpones Stress Test Reforms Until 2027
The US Fed has announced that it will maintain the capital levels of large banks unchanged during the upcoming stress test cycle (corresponding to the 2026 cycle). At the same time, the US Fed is planning multidimensional reforms to this annual test, aiming to enhance its transparency. The US Fed's Vice Chair for Supervision, Bowman, revealed that adjustments to the stress capital buffer requirements for large banks will be postponed until 2027. This move is intended to provide the US Fed with sufficient time to evaluate potential flaws that may be exposed in its testing models when assessing banks' financial conditions under simulated economic downturn scenarios.
