China Nonferrous Mining announced that its subsidiaries have signed contracts for the purchase of copper concentrate and copper oxide concentrate.

China Nonferrous Mining (01258) announced that the board of directors was informed that two separate contracts for the purchase of copper concentrate and copper oxide concentrate were entered into by the company's subsidiary, Chambishi Copper smelting and Huaxin in April and May 2020.

Under the Huaxin Copper concentrate contract, Chambishi Copper smelting agreed to buy and Huaxin agreed to sell the copper concentrate from the Commus Copper Mine in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and the copper oxide concentrate from the MPC Copper Mine.
