At the same time, Jin Yinhe also developed and launched a double-sided simultaneous extrusion coating machine suitable for large-scale manufacturing of lithium batteries to solve the problems of quality defects and high cost of the traditional coating machine, and formally mass production and form sales orders in 2020. In the parallel double-sided simultaneous high-speed coating machine, the company adopts combined extrusion coating die and full floating high-speed oven, combined with aerodynamic floating technology and accurate constant tension technology, the process level of AB surface simultaneous high-speed coating and efficient drying has been raised to a new height, the purchasing cost has been reduced by about 10-20%, the operating cost has been reduced by more than 30%, and energy consumption can be saved by 30-40%.

In 2018, Jinyinhe invested in the project of comprehensive utilization of battery-grade lithium carbonate and high value-added by-products from lithium mica through its wholly-owned subsidiary Jiang Xi'an Deli High and New Technology Co., Ltd. (phase I). It is estimated that the production capacity of lithium carbonate in this project is 6000 tons. At present, Andre's lithium mica lithium extraction project is in the stage of trial operation.

On February 5 this year, in order to better develop the field of lithium extraction from lithium mica, Andre, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jinyinhe, invested with its own funds to set up a wholly-owned subsidiary Jiangxi Jinde Lithium New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 50 million yuan.
