Social inventories of primary aluminium ingots across eight consumption areas in China, including SHFE warrants, decreased 9,000 mt from last Thursday to 1.23 million mt as of March 29.

SHANGHAI, Mar 29 (SMM) – Primary aluminium ingot inventories in China fell over the weekend, showed SMM data.

Social inventories of primary aluminium ingots across eight consumption areas in China, including SHFE warrants, decreased 9,000 mt from last Thursday to 1.23 million mt as of March 29. Stocks in Wuxi and Nanhai mainly contributed to the decrease. Arrivals in Hangzhou were relatively large, and local stocks rose slightly by 5,000 mt from last Thursday.
